Office Supplies Blazed By Fire In Quezon City On Monday Midnight

QUEZON CITY – The firefighters recently put out the fire that destroyed office supplies in a residential area in Quezon City.

According to ABS-CBN, the fire occurred in a residential area on Monday at about 12:15 AM midnight in Barangay Pinagkaisahan, QC.

Senior Fire Officer 3 Marcus Munda of the QC Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said that the fire blazed in a office supplies storage that was rented by a resident under the alias Domeng (Alyas Domeng) at midnight. The fire raised to 2nd alarm before tthe firefighters extinguished it.

A Myla Factora who lived near the now burned storage said that they heard a loud sound which was followed up by the fire. Only the side of Factora’s was burned but all of her family members are safe.

As per the report, investigations are ongoing in regards to the source of the fire.

In another report regarding QC, a former politician was arrested on the said city.

Police officers from the Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) arrested the ex-politician in Barangay Loyola Heights at around 9:30 AM.

The suspect was served a warrant of arrest for reckless imprudence which resulted in the damage to property, which was issued on May 7, 2019 by Quezon City Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 42 Judge Marcelino Gonzales II, who also set bail at ₱20,000.
