Catriona Gray Says Liza Soberano Is Universe Material, Actress Reacts
CATRIONA GRAY – ABS-CBN actress and model Liza Soberano finally reacted to Catriona Gray’s statement saying she is a beauty queen material.
Filipina-American actress Liza Soberano is unarguably one of the most beautiful actresses in the Philippines. She is in fact chosen as the world’s ‘Most Beautiful Face’ in 2017.’
In a previous article, the video of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach’s reaction after seeing Liza without any make-up went viral on social media. It can be seen in the video that the beauty queen got star struck after getting a quick visit from the actress.
It can be recalled that Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray said that the young Kapamilya actress is a Miss Universe material. “Everyone’s always wanted Liza to join, ‘di ba? She’s very very beautiful. I feel like she would be wonderful,” said Cat.
During the press conference of Liza Soberano’s latest tv series with Enrique Gil entitled “Make It With You,” she was asked regarding Catriona’s statement
“Well of course it’s flattering coming from Miss universe herself and of course ate Pia (Wurtzbach) was also very supportive of me on that matter,” she said.
Based on a report from PUSH, Liza Soberano said she’s not closing her doors on possibly entering the world of pageantry in the future.
“I don’t want to say that I’m completely closing the doors but I honestly don’t see it in my career path because I am very passionate about acting and I feel like being a beauty queen takes a lot of time and I have to prepare physically, I have to prepare my walk, because I am not a beauty queen. I mean it requires a lot of training and I don’t think kaya kong mapalayo sa acting that long…”
“I won’t say that [I’m closing my doors] because we’re humans and we change our minds every now and then,” she added.
