Kapamilya actress Julia Montes shared a simple but heartfelt post for Australia wildfires and this touched the hearts of her fellow celebrities.
A few days ago, the whole world was devastated to see photos and videos of fires burning the bushes, trees and damaging the wildlife in Australia as well as the life of residents there. Following this heartbreaking news, several celebrities offered prayers. Some of them even donated and encouraged other people to offer prayers and help for Australia.
Some of the celebrities who joined this endeavor are Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, The Killer Bride actor Joshua Garcia, and Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth. Meanwhile, there were reports that this kind of tragedy was intended by some individuals. Based on a previous article, James Ogloff, the director of the Forensic Behavioural Science at Swinburne University, said that approximately 50 percent of wildfires in Australia was caused by arsonists.
In line with this recent unfortunate happening in the said country, Julia Montes also shared her thoughts through her Instagram post. The actress shared a drawing of a woman who was crying and whose head and back were burning with fire. The woman in the drawing was carrying a crying koala who appeared to be frightened.
Apparently, the woman was trying to protect the animal which is known to be common in Australia. The post of Julia has this caption: “🙏🏻for Australia…” This caught the attention of many netizens as well as her fellow celebrities such as Kathryn Bernardo, Alessandra de Rossi, Cristine Reyes, and Sunshine Garcia commented.
