Joshua Garcia Helps Australia Wildfire Victims
JOSHUA GARCIA – ABS-CBN actor Joshua Garcia offered some help to the victims of the devastating wildfires in Australia.
Due to the severe drought and record-breaking temperatures Australia suffered a devastating wildfire for months now. Several people and millions of animals have died in the wildfire.
Based on a report from Metro UK, the devastating extent of the country’s wildfires can now be seen from space. The satellite images in Victoria and New South Wales were released on Saturday.
In a previous article, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray reacted to Australia’s wildfires. On her Instagram account, she asked for the people’s prayers and donations to help the victims of the deadly fires.
The 25-year-old beauty queen also shared the statistics on the effects of the bushfires in Australia. “The damage caused so far devastates me to my core,” she said.
Yesterday, actor Paulo Avelino took to social media to thanked his fellow actor Joshua Garcia for offering a donation to the victims of the Australian crisis. His Tweet was accompanied by a screencap showing the young actor donated $500 to the charity.
“Thank you @iamjoshuagarcia (Joshua) for being a kind hearted soul not just locally but globally. Hindi lang tayo puro tanggap, tumutulong din tayo,” he wrote.
