Death Toll Of Deadly Lambanog In Laguna Rose To 15

DEADLY LAMBANOG – The number of casualties who died after drinking the deadly lambanog in Laguna rose to 15.

Fred Rey. the maker of the “Rey Lambanog” that caused the deaths of the now 15 people might possibly be faced with criminal charges.

According to ABS-CBN News, 2 more residents in Rizal town died Tuesday morning at the Philippine General Hospital and Rizal Medical Center, which was confirmed by Rizal Mayor Vener Muñoz.

So far, 12 residents in Rizal town died from the liquor, while 3 more from Candelaria town were killed due to the alcohol poisoning from the said liquor.

300 people who experienced symptoms were hospitalized after drinking the palm liquor over the weekend.

As per the report, in Rizal town, Muñoz, who also declared a state of emergency Monday to provide financial aid to the victims, reported that the 7 fatalities came from the same holiday party last Friday.

28 more residents, on the other hand, brought themselves to hospitals after being urged from the locals.
