Joshua Garcia has this revelation about Julia Barretto
The Killer Bride actor Joshua Garcia revealed that he is feeling shy toward his former loveteam partner and ex-girlfriend Julia Barretto.
Joshua and Julia are previously known together as JoshLia. When they admitted that they already broke up and decided to be friends, some of their fans expressed worry that their loveteam will end also.
That worry came into realization when Julia was linked to her Between Maybes leading man Gerald Anderson who everyone thought that time was still the boyfriend of Bea Alonzo.
After that controversy, Joshua did a separate project. He is now being paired with singer-actress Janella Salvador in the aforementioned primetime suspense-drama series. The young actor said that he is happy that his tandem with Janella is well-loved by their fans.
“Oo, grabe, nababasa ko nga ang mga tweets nila. Nakaka-happy ang nga reaction nila. Nasasaktan sila kapag nasasaktan ang mga characters namin ni Janella,” Joshua shared during a recent interview. When asked about Julia Barretto, Joshua Garcia said, “Last ko talaga siyang nakausap noong birthday ko, eh. Ah, noong taping ng station ID ng Dos. Nakita ko siya, ewan ko, nahihiya ako. Na-shy ako.” However, he did not elaborate the reason why he felt that way toward his ex-girlfriend.
On the other hand, the young actor said that having no love life made him think clearer. “Mas nakita ko na mas malinaw ang mundo ngayon, mas lumuwag, mas open ako sa lahat,” he said.
Joshua added that it is better this way because he can’t manage his career and love life at the same time for now, based on the article. “Hindi ko kayang i-handle ang oras ko kasi lagi akong tulog,” the young actor shared.
