Sunshine Cruz wrote an inspiring caption on throwback photo with her daughters
Actress Sunshine Cruz shared a throwback photo on Instagram with her daughters and she wrote an inspiring caption.
Sunshine has three daughters with ex-husband actor Cesar Montano, namely Samantha Angeline, Angel Francheska, and Angeline Isabelle. When she and Cesar got separated, her three daughters lived with her.
It is known to many showbiz fans that the married life of Sunshine encountered many hardships. Their marriage was finally annulled last August. Going through those obstacles, the actress remained strong and this is what she tackled in her recent Instagram post. She said that she is bit emotional while posting the photo.
According to Sunshine Cruz, the photo was taken 13 years ago. Her daughters were still small and it can be seen that she was skinny back then. “First photo was taken 13 years ago, I was 29 years old here. Haggardo! At mas malaki pa ang braso ng mga anak ko sa braso ko,” the actress said.
She said that old photos of her make her smile and a bit emotional. It is because she realizes what they have been through. “Sobra-sobra ang pasasalamat ko sa Panginoon dahil ang layo na pala talaga ng narating namin ng mga anak ko,” Sunshine said.
The actress added that she was a given a chance to live better, happier, and stronger. What they have been through also made her daughters more confident. “They are just like their mom, marunong lumaban kung kinakailagan at marunong magpasalamat sa biyaya, maliit man o malaki,” the celebrity mom shared.
Sunshine also encouraged her social media followers not to lose hope because it’s never too late to have a second chance in life. According to her, “it is never too late to make things right and to be better versions of ourselves.”
