ROAD RAGE – A certain traffic enforcer allegedly struck a motorcycle rider with his helmet after committing a traffic violation.
The Philippine government is already implementing stricter traffic rules and regulations throughout the country to reduce the worsening traffic congestion and to ensure the safety of both motorists and pedestrians.

Recently, the Facebook page “ARpersonalVlog” has shared the video footage of a traffic cop who allegedly struck a motorist with a helmet after allegedly violating a traffic law. The video garnered various reactions online.
In the video, it can be seen that the motorist and the enforcer were having an exchange of heated arguments. The motorcycle rider argued the cop for allegedly hitting him with a crash helmet.
