PAGASA – Mindanao To Face Cloudy Skies, Rains (December 16)

PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA recently said that Mindanao will face cloudy skies and rains due to easterlies or east winds.

The bureau further warned residents of flash floods or landslides that may occur,

According to Inquirer, on the other hand, the northeast mosoon or “amihan” will bring cloudy skies with light rains to Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora and Quezon provinces.

As for Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon, they will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon or amihan.

Based on the report, the capital and the rest of the Philippines, on the other hand, will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

As for the temperature, Metro Manila will face a maximum 32 degrees Celsius, 27 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay, 23 degrees Celsius in Baguio. 31 degrees Celsius in Bacolod, and 28 degrees Celsius in Davao and Cebu.
