Netizens Surprised by Death of Kapuso Reporter Cesar Apolinario
KAPUSO REPORTER CESAR APOLINARIO – The netizens were shocked and saddened by the passing of GMA News reporter Cesar Apolinario.
Recently, a sad news crossed the surface – Cesar Apolinario passed away. He was known as one of the most popular reporters of GMA News and he is also a film director.
He was the filmmaker behind the movie Banal in 2008. It was one of the entries for the Metro Manila Film Festival 2008. In 2009, he directed another movie entitled Puntod and the Dance of the Steel Bars in 2013.
Apolinario was previously diagnosed with lymphoma. It is a type of cancer. One of the people who are also in the field of media, Mell Navarro, revealed that the Kapuso reporter was in a critical state last Wednesday.
This morning, Steve Dailisan, a former GMA News reporter and a colleague of Apolinario, made a post that confirmed his death. Many were surprised by the sudden passing of the reporter-filmmaker.
The latest post of Kapuso reporter Cesar Apolinario on his Instagram account was the photo of Bob Ong’s book. It was entitled Kahit Sino. In the comment section of the said post, several netizens expressed their surprise and sadness over the sudden death of the reporter.
