The video which have circulated online apparently shows a woman being forced to get inside a gray van which stunned bystanders who was not able to help the victim in fear that the assailants were armed that would put their lives at risk. But some were able to document the incident.

Makati police chief Col. Rogelio Simon says based on CNN’s report, “Kumbaga lumapit siya doon sa van, at nung pumapasok na siya, pinipilit na siyang ipasok, doon na niya gustong lumabas. Doon na siya sumigaw.”

Also, their initial investigation appeared that the victim knows the suspects thus, they are now looking on to the possibility that it is related to Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) and authorities ruled out that it was a kidnap-for-ransom case.
