Rapper Juice Wrld Dies After Reported Seizure
RAPPER JUICE WRLD – Born Jarad Anthony Higgins or better known professionally as Juice Wrld had died early Sunday morning.
Reports said that the rapper had suffered through a seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport. He was bleeding from the mouth as medics rushed to the scene.
As he was rushed to the hospital, the rapper was still conscious. However, it was too late for the young artists.
According to an article from Insider, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed his death. He added that an autopsy was scheduled for the following day.
The sad news came just a few days after the rapper’s 21st birthday. Also, if you look into his song “Legends”, he rapped about how he has paranoia and that he wasn’t “making it past 21”.
Higgins stated that he got his name from the 1992 film “Juice”. This was iconic for the young rapper as it featured one of the most legendary and influential artists in hip-hop, Tupac Shakur.
Juice Wrld is one of the biggest names in the rap scene. He had an exponential rise to fame with his massive hit song “Lucid Dreams” back in 2018.
Afterward, he got a record deal in Interscope Records. Here, he got an opportunity to collaborate with the genre’s top names like Lil Yachty and Travis Scott.
The young rapper was born on December 2, 1998, in Chicago Illinois. In his childhood and teen years, he was a heavy drug user.
He started drinking lean in sixth grade and started using Percocet and Xanax in 2013. In addition, because of his smoking problem, he had to quit his last year of high school due to health problems.
He first learned to play the piano at four years old, having been inspired by his mother who later began paying for lessons, followed by guitar and drums. Higgins also played trumpet for band class.
