Manila Government Declared Panday Sining as ‘Persona Non Grata’

PANDAY SINING – The youth activist ‘Panday Sining‘ is now unwelcome in the city of Manila after local officials declared the group persona non grata.

The mayor of the city of Manila, Isko Moreno, said he lacks sleep because of his nightly inspections and planning for the city. He aims to bring back the glory days of the nation’s capital.

The 45-year-old politician has made a lot of positive changes in the city since he took office in July. He successful removed the street vendors, cleaned the parks, and renovated the Lagusnilad underpass near the city hall.

Last month, some members of the youth activist ‘Panday Sining’ vandalized the newly-painted underpass. Isko Moreno was very disappointed by the acts of the activists saying he will order them to wipe off the paint using their tongue if caught them.

Recently, four members of the group were arrested during Bonifacio Day after they were spotted vandalizing the post near the Light Rail Transit (LRT) in Recto Station. They were also apprehended for resisting arrest.

@Mrcxism: “this is absolutely unacceptable. If this is about ‘vandalism’ then the council should start with politicians who’s faces are scattered in every public wall in Manila.”

@EHollowborn: “Salamat, ikulong yang mga feeling artista”

@musikerong: “Lubusin niyo na at isama niyo na lahat! iisa lang din iyan.”
