Upon discovery, the lifeless body of the young girl wrapped in a sack and hands were tied. The victim was still wearing her uniform and blood soaked. According to the resident, the sack was already there in the morning and no one dared to touch it thinking that it was just another pile of garbage. But in the afternoon, they saw the feet of the girl coming out, thus, immediately reported the incident to the authorities. And that was how Inocencio was found.

Meanwhile, according to a report from RMN, the prime suspect of the crime, Richard Gumilid Rompo, who is reported as the alleged live-in partner of the mother’s victim, died during an operation upon inviting him for the investigation.

Accordingly, he fought back to the authorities holding a grenade which is why he was shot.
