Efficiency has been one of the main issues when it comes to fast food in the Philippines. Oftentimes, the queues are long and you have to wait for the person in front of you to decide what to buy.

This is where the SOK comes in. They are designed to cater to orders more effectively. Customers could now avoid long queues and not be pressured when deciding what to eat.

In addition, SOKs are also very intuitive. Leah Marie Sausa, Jollibee Visayas’ marketing officer said that using the SOK is as easy as one, two, three.

Here are the simple steps on how you could use the Self-Order Kiosks at Jollibee: Order, pay, and claim.

You just need to order a meal through the SOK. Next, you could pay using Mastercard, VISA, or the Happy Plus Card. Finally, you just need to claim your order at the counter.

Navigation of the SOK is also easy as you just need to tap on the screen to show available products. It also offers customers a review of what they ordered, the quantity, and so on.

According to an article by Panay News, these kiosks were the first to reach Panay. Meanwhile, the first self-order kiosk was launched in Cebu on October 15.
