Who won the ratings game between Julia Barretto (MMK) and Hipon Girl (Magpakailanman)?
Maaala Mo Kaya (MMK) featured Julia Barretto on its November 30 episode while the show’s rival Magpakailanman featured Wowowin‘s Hipon Girl or Harlene Budol.
This acting stint of Julia for the Kapamilya drama anthology served as her comeback after a short break following the controvesy with her Between Maybes co-star Gerald Anderson. That controversy was also followed by the issue with her family. When her MMK teaser was released, Julia made her fans cry. She played a person with mental disorder.

However, when it comes to the ratings that Kantar Media released, the MMK episode of Julia got 17.5 percent while the Magpakailanman episode of Harlene got 16.7 percent. It can be noticed that the ratings of the two rival shows only have a small difference when it comes to the result from Kantar Media, based on the article.
