Aiko Melendez Reveals Cause of Injury w/c Needs Surgery
AIKO MELENDEZ – The Prima Donnas actress revealed that she is set to undergo a surgery and as well as the cause of her injury.
Actress Aiko Melendez is one of those Filipino celebrities who does not only do acting projects but as well as endorsements. She recently received an endorsement offer from F2N Fortune Marketing, the Theobrama Superfood distributor.
Recently, a press conference and a contract signing of Aiko with F2N Fortune Marketing was held. However, many were surprised when the actress arrived with her right hand being on cast.
Based on a report on Pep, Aiko Melendez has broken her silence on her injury. According to the actress, she is set to undergo a finger surgery today due to boxing.
Aiko revealed that two (2) of her fingers broke due to boxing. According to her, she wore gloves that were not too thick when she was practicing boxing and there was instance when she applied to much force which resulted to her injury.
“Kaya iyon, yung kamay ko na-injure. Medyo napalakas po… Kaya nabali po yung kamay ko,” the actress said.
Based on the report, a certain “Doc Gomez” is set to conduct an operation on the fingers of Aiko Melendez today. The actress revealed that she’s outpatient. She requested prayers for her operation.
Aiko also sent her appreciation and gratitude for all the concern extended to her. Despite the injury, the actress still continues with her taping for Prima Donnas.
