SEA Games PH Men’s & Women’s Beach Volleyball Schedule
SEA GAMES – The official schedule of SEA Games 2019 Philippines Men’s and Women’s beach volleyball.
Undoubtedly, sports fans are excited to watch the games for the 30th Southeast Asian Games this coming November 30 to December 11, 2019. The opening ceremony of the regional meet will be held at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
Filipina beauty queens Pia Wurtzbach, Megan Young, Lara Quigaman were among those named as muses for the SEA Games 2019. They will accompany the athletes for the traditional parade.
The athletes are surely preparing themselves for their games. All of them aim to bring home a medal for their country. Senator Manny Pacquiao recently gave a statement for the public to stop criticizing the organizers. He wished all the Filipino people would unite for the upcoming games.
The Fighting senator said the SEA Games issue would only distract the Philippine athletes. “Pag lagi nating pinag-uusapan yan na may mga problema tayo baka malaman ng mga athleta natin, e, baka hindi maka tulong sa kanila,” he said.
Recently, ABS-CBN reporter Gretchen Ho took to Twitter to share the official schedule of the Philippine Men and Women’s beach volleyball teams. She urged her followers to support the Pinoy volleyball players. The games will be held at the Subic Tennis Courts this coming Friday, November 29.
“Official Schedule of the PH Men’s & Women’s Beach Volleyball Teams. Before the indoor games, let’s support our volleyball players on the sandcourt! Games start THIS FRIDAY, November 29, at the Subic Tennis Courts,” she wrote.
In a follow-up post, Gretchen Ho explained the schedule and format.
“Each country will be represented by 2 teams — 2 women’s, 2 men’s. They have to beat the 2 teams of the other country to gain a point. In the event of a tie, coach chooses which tandem will represent country in a decider match,” she wrote.
