Billy Crawford & Vhong Navarro Almost Punched Each Other
BILLY CRAWFORD – The Kapamilya actor and host, Billy Crawford talked about how he and Vhong Navarro almost punched each other.
During an interview on Magandang Buhay, Billy told the story about how he got into a big fight with Vhong. He explained that he made a promise to Vhong and broke it.
Billy gave his word to Vhong that he would go with him to their annual “Kuys” trip, this time, in Hong Kong. However, at the last minute, Billy told Vhong that he couldn’t come.
Afterward, Jolina asked Vhong, “Biglaan ba ang pag back out nya?” Billy then admitted that he did back out unexpectedly.
In the interview, Vhong stressed that Billy already promised him that he would go. However, at the last minute, he said he couldn’t come.
After that incident, Vhong went cold. Billy said that without hesitation, Vhong just shut down and didn’t talk to him even when they were at It’s Showtime.
They usually had this bouncing energy between them, but whenever Billy tried to hype everybody and pass it to Vhong, his response was dull and had no energy.
The actor also mentioned that there were a lot of instances where Anne Curtis and Karylle had to sit between the two. This was because they would almost punch each other due to the tension.
Afterward, Melai asked Billy if how many months did that go on. Vhong then jokingly said “Mga 3 years lang naman”.
Vhong then explained that it was a case of “tampong kapatid”. Billy then told everybody that if you gave your word, then you should keep it.
