THE CARRIBEAN – In this topic, we will now know and discuss a region of North and South America called the Carribean.

As mentioned above, it is a region between North America and South America which consists of the Carribean sea, more than 700 islands, and the surrounding coasts.

It is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico, the mainland of North America, Central America and South America. It has an area of about 2.7 million kilometer squared or 1.06 million square mile. It has a papulation of about 43 million people.
