PAGASA – LPA Brings Cloudy Skies, Scattered Rains (November 12)

PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA recently said that cloudy skies and rain showers are brought by the LPA and other weather systems.

The bureau said in a 4 AM advisory that the brewing storm was seen east of Bicol region, specifically 910 kilometers east of the town of Virac, Catanduanes, and will affect the following areas:

  • Visayas
  • Bicol Region
  • Northern Mindanao
  • Zamboanga Peninsula
  • Caraga
  • Quezon
  • Marinduque
  • Romblon

According to Inquirer, the said brewing storm is expected to enhance into a tropical depression within 48 hours.

On the other hand, the northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring cloudy skies and light rains over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon.

Based on the report, Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.

As per the temperature, Metro Manila will face a maximum 30 degree Celsius, 20 degree Celsius in Baguio, 31 degree Celsius in Cebu, 26 degree Celsius in Tagaytay, and 32 degree Celsius in Davao.
