EARTHQUAKE ALERT – The state volcanology agency reported that a magnitude 3.2 earthquake jolted the town of Claveria in Cagayan.

The epicenter of the quake has been located at 18.89°N, 121.32°E – 040 km N 39° E of Claveria, Cagayan. The earthquake is tectonic in origin and has depth of focus of 021 kilometers, according to Phivolcs.

The seismology agency also said that damage or aftershocks are expected following the slightly strong tremor.
