Finally, he got a chance to get the justice that he deserves. It turned out that the “enforcers” that took his fruits were security guards.

The 12-year-old vendor was identified as Marlou Duran Jr. He is the son of a fruit vendor, Marlou Duran Sr.

With the help of Raffy Tulfo’s team and Brgy. Officials from Soccoro, Quezon City, the security guards were able to be identified. They were known to be Leopoldo Mabulay Jr and James Fuentes.

The security guards claimed that they were “Just Joking” when they took the kid’s fruits. They took 4 packs of fruits that cost P150 each.

Adding to this, the security guards said that the fruits just rotted because they didn’t even eat them. They also said that the money they took from the kid was “lost”.

When Raffy Tulfo offered to help the kid file a case against them, the security guards were left in tears. They knelt in front of the kid, pleading not to push through with the case.

But, the kid vendor and his father decided not to file any charges as long as they paid for the fruits they stole.

Later, Raffy Tulfo promised to give the kid and his family a Christmas gift. He just wanted rice, clothes, and toys for his brothers and sisters.
