MINIATURE BARONG-BARONG – A UP student posted photos of her plate, which is a realistic miniature barong-barong, which went viral on socmed.

The UP student, identified as Lianne Tamares, posted 3 photos on Facebook in her album entitled : “a h r t“.

The three photos contained a realistic model of a typical house in the slums called barong-barong. In her caption, she said this is her take on the common architectures found in the slums of imperial Manila.

Tamares added that this is her plate (a term we use which refers to a piece of paper or anything that carries an image or object to be reproduced) in her materials class.
