Young Lady Praise Fast-Food Chain For Hiring PWD Employee Who Can Perform The Job Properly
A young lady expressed his admiration to a popular fast-food chain for giving an opportunity to a PWD person to be one of their employees.
Nowadays, several business establishments and companies are already hiring Persons with Disabilities (PWD) to give them an opportunity to work like normal people. Disability is not also a hindrance to live a normal life.
Fast-food chains are also hiring disabled people to prove that the humanity is restored. The government also showed its support towards PWDs. However, PWD workers should also show that they deserve the opportunity given to them.
Recently, a Facebook user named Frecila Prudente has shared the photos of a young lady who expressed his admiration for a PWD employee of Jollibee. The fast-food crew is identified as “Enzo”, a Special Bee, based on his ID.
Prudente shared how the branch manager handles the PWD employee who is capable to perform his job properly. She also praised Jollibee and other companies hiring people like them.

“Can’t help to share this to you, guys. Feeling ko kasi worth sharing tsaka sobrang natutuwa talaga yung puso ko. 😊💛
So here’s what happened: Kaninang umaga pumunta kami sa Jollibee para magbreakfast. Habang naghihintay, napansin ko yung isang crew nila iba yung kulay ng uniform compared to the other employees. So syempre medyo nacurious ako, inobserve ko siya. Hindi katagalan, napansin ko may kakaiba sa kilos niya. Naisip ko na agad na hindi siya normal. I felt that there’s something special about him, hanggang sa nakita ko yung ID niya, “Hi I’m ENZO, a Special Bee” yung nakalagay. Sobrang natuwa talaga ako nung naconfirm ko. 💓 Tapos patuloy ko lang siya inoobserve. Magaling siya, honestly. Isang sabi lang ng manager gagawin niya na agad. Tapos mabilis din siya pumick-up in all fairness. Naappreciate ko rin yung manager kung paano niya ihandle yung situations, like yung pagtuturo niya kung ano yung dapat gawin ni Enzo and kung tama ba yung ginagawa niya. Naramdaman ko yung patience at dedication niya kaya hands down din ako sa kanya. Sobrang nakakatuwa na mawitness yon. Before, nakakabasa lang ako ng mga ganung stories, pero nung ako na mismo yung nakawitness, grabe yung tuwa sa puso ko. Sana marami pang companies and agencies ang maghire ng people with special needs and even PWDs. They, too, are capable of doing jobs and it’s good that we make them feel that they are normal and accepted. 😊
