Still Unidentified Person Shot Traffic Enforcer in Pasay City

TRAFFIC ENFORCER – A still unidentified person shot a traffic officer in Pasay City this morning, October 7, 2019.

Sadly, a lot of unfortunate incidents are happening daily. Many people lost their lives and many were families were left grieving following attacks lodged against several individuals.

Today, aside from the hospital head nurse who was shot in Calamba just after her youngest child has get off their car, a traffic officer met an unfortunate incident in Pasay City. The incident happened along EDSA extension.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, a still unidentified person shot the traffic enforcer. The victim was identified as Joey de Chavez, a traffic official in Pasay City.

It was around 9:30 in the morning today when the incident happened. According to the police authorities, the suspect was aboard a motorcycle when the incident took place.

The suspect, based on the report, went near de Chavez and shot the traffic officer. Unfortunately, the officer did not survive the incident.

Currently, the investigation is still ongoing and there are still no further information regarding the incident. We’ll keep you posted for updates.
