Photos of Albert Martinez & His Late Mother-in-Law Amalia Fuentes
ALBERT MARTINEZ – Kapamilya actor Albert Martinez posted photos of him together with his late mother-in-law, veteran actress Amalia Fuentes.
Today, countless hearts were left saddened after news reports about the death of veteran actress Amalia Fuentes crossed the surface. Undeniably, she is one of the legendary actresses in the Philippine entertainment industry.
Amalia has done a lot of hit projects. She and her on-screen partner, the later actor Romeo Vasquez, worked on several movies. Their love team was brought to real life and they became a married couple.
This morning, Amalia Fuentes died following several days of being confined in the hospital. Speaking to DZMM, Niño Muhlach revealed Amalia’s cause of death – cardiac arrest due to multiple organ failure.
Amalia Fuentes was paralyzed for years and she was bedridden for around four(4) years. Her granchild, Alyanna Martinez, also confirmed the death of the veteran actress on social media.
Alyanna is one of the three(3) children of Amalia’s daughter, Liezl Sicangco-Martinez, with actor Albert Martinez. Liezl passed away in 2015 due to cancer.
Recently, Albert Martinez posted photos of him together with his late mother-in-law, Amalia Fuentes. The Kapamilya actor wrote a simple caption on his post wherein he stated the years when Amalia was born and died. He also wrote, “Rest In Peace”.
In their comments to the Instagram post, a lot of netizens expressed their condolences and sympathy to the actor and his family. As of this writing, there are still no details about the funeral of the veteran actress.
