A Facebook user named Vincent Minutello has shared the video footage of a rude lady while kicking and choking her dog at Tarpon Spring City. The Tarpon Springs Police Department make an immediate action to investigate the incident.
Michelle A. Sieber has been arrested by the local authorities for animal abuse and now facing Felony charges. The dog is now safe and under the custody of the authorities until the investigation is over.
Minutello said that the woman has not been bailed out with her bail set to $5,000. He also called the public to extend their patience and don’t tolerate violence, which causes no good.
