Update on Piolo Pascual & Claudine Barretto’s Upcoming Reunion Movie
PIOLO PASCUAL – Kapamilya actor-singer Piolo Pascual spoke on his upcoming movie with returning actress Claudine Barretto.
One of the showbiz pairings that many people love is the on-screen tandem of Claudine Barretto and Piolo Pascual. Both are among the finest stars in the Philippine entertainment industry.
In real-life, Piolo is a godparent of Sabina, the eldest daughter of Claudine. He was even present in events concerning the actress’ daughter. They undeniably have a wonderful relationship even off the camera.
The last time that Piolo Pascual and Claudine Barretto did a movie together was in 2004. The said film, Milan, was a hit. A lot of people now wanted a reunion movie of the two(2) celebrities.
The call of the public is about to be answered. It is confirmed that Piolo Pascual and Claudine Barretto will be having a reunion movie soon. In fact, the actor recently gave an update.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Piolo expressed that the script for his reunion movie with Claudine is already done. It will be directed by Direk Cathy Garcia-Molina and they have already talked.
“I’m so excited. Schedule na lang ang hinihintay. We have a beautiful script. I already spoke to direk Cathy and sina Inang [Olivia Lamasan],” the actor said.
According to the report, Piolo Pascual is hoping that he and Claudine Barretto can start filming for their movie soon. It was fifteen years ago when they last worked together in a film.
“We’ve grown so much and the roles that we can tackle are more broad, so I’m excited with the experience that we’ve gone through individually and we’re both excited,” he expressed.
Aside from Claudine, Piolo is also hoping to work on a reunion movie with his perennial loveteam partner, Judy Ann Santos. According to him, Juday already knows that he is waiting and he hopes that it will happen before they grow old.
