Attacks on Saudi Oil Sites to Affect PH Seriously, DFA Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. Says

Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. said that the recent attacks on oil sites in Saudi Arabia would affect Philippines.
