Sunshine Cruz Opens Up Effect Of Her Separation With Cesar Montano On Her Kids
SUNSHINE CRUZ – Actress Sunshine Cruz recently revealed the effect of her separation with Cesar Montano on her children.
A report from KAMI states that in the morning talk show “Magandang Buhay”, Sunshine said that her children are now very more open to her as both Sunshine and her children stopped keeping secrets.
Cruz said that ever since in the year 2013 when she separated with Cesar Montano, she and her children made a promise that there will be no secrets between them, in which eventually, her children tells her of their crushes and vice versa.
“Since 2013 nung nahiwalay ako sa ex-husband ko noon, [nagkaroon] kami ng promise sa isa’t-isa ng mga anak ko, ‘no secrets’ na kung anuman yung mga nararamdaman nila, kung sino naman ang mga crushes nila, kung sino man ang friends nila. They tell me, and vice versa,”
As per the report, Cruz pointed out another effect of her separation with Cesar is her children got more open and emotionally closer to her. She further added that they saw and appreciated Sunshine’s motherhood, sacrifice and love for them.
“Basta nung nahiwalay ako, parang mas naging mas malapit pa sila sa akin. I think kasi mas na-appreciate, and I think mas napahalagahan nila yung pagiging nanay ko, nakita nila yung pagsa-sakripisyo ko sa kanila at pagmamahal ko. So I think it helped talaga,”
Cruz has three daughters with Montano named Angelina Isabelle, Samantha Angeline, and Angel Franchesca.
She is currently having a relationship with Macky Mathay. It was previously reported that they are not ready to marry just yet as Sunshine is more focused on work and her kids and they both inspire each other to become better versions of themselves. Cruz also previously revealed the celebrities who courted her and why she rejected them.
