Authorities Arrest “Big Time” Drug Personality in Laguna
BIG TIME – A man allegedly involved in drugs was shot during a drug buy-bust operation conducted by the authorities in Laguna.
The war against drugs continues and the administration of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and the agencies under it are very eager to bring it on. It is the former Davao City Mayor’s campaign promise to clean the country from it aside from corruption.
Nowadays, several buy-bust operations are conducted in the pursuit to arrest those who are allegedly involved. A lot of people, known and ordinary citizens, were nabbed during the operations.
Recently, an operation was conducted in Laguna and it led to the arrest of a personality known in the trade.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, “big time” drug personality Reynante Coralde was arrested by the authorities during a buy-bust operation in Laguna. However, he allegedly resisted the arrest and did not survive the incident.
Drugs worth Php 250,000.00 were allegedly seized from Coralde and worth Php 24,000.00 was bought from him. The operation was conducted in Barangay Bagong Silang in Lumban.
Based on the report, Laguna Police Major Ryan Jay Orapa expressed that the suspect is tagged as a giant personality in selling drugs in the province. He was previously jailed in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) for five(5) years.
