The southwest monsoon or locally known as ‘Habagat’ would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Ilocos Region, MIMAROPA, Zambales, and Bataan.
The localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers over Abra, Benguet, Mt.Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao, Aurora, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya as well as Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country.
