ABS-CBN executive Charo Santos broke her silence on the controversial “like” she allegedly reacted to the post involving the Gerald-Julia issue.
Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto earned fiery reactions from netizens when photos of them together emerged online. The “ENOUGH” post of Bea Alonzo, the known girlfriend of the actor, even added fuel to the controversy.
Amid the silence coming from both camps, new sweet photos of Gerald and Julia surfaced on social media.
Netizens started to dig whatever they can dig to find the connection between the Between Maybes co-stars.
Some speculated that their affair already started since March. During a recent interview before the “ENOUGH” post of Bea, it appeared that she already hinted that her relationship with Gerald is on the rocks.
She was asked about their plans for their anniversary but the expression of the actress suddenly changed. Unlike what she showed when she was talking about her upcoming projects with Angelica Panganiban.
In line with this issue, several celebrities expressed support to Bea, including the aunt of Julia, Gretchen Barretto.
There were also screenshots showing that Charo Santos allegedly liked a comment on an Instagram post of a netizen exposing the alleged affair of Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto.
However, the ABS-CBN executive disproved this. Through her recent Instagram post, she broke her silence.
“Not all ‘likes’ are real. I did not like that comment,” she wrote.
