Manila Mayor Isko Moreno cried during a recent guesting on the radio program of Mike Enriquez due to this person.
Isko was first known as a member of the defunct GMA show, That’s Entertainment back in 1993. After that, new doors opened for him in the showbiz industry. Since that break given to him, he already did several movies and TV series.
His acting career was set aside when he entered the world of politics in 1998. He was elected as councilor for Manila’s first congressional district. Then, he was reelected in 2001 and 2004. In 2007, he ran for the position of vice mayor and he won.
We won the mayoralty race against former President Joseph Estrada last midterm elections.
As he is now the Mayor of the capital city of the Philippine, Isko is trying to implement change.
People of Manila, as well as from other parts of the country lauded him for what has he done for the city in just a few days after the oathtaking.
Aside from this, people also started to adapt to the street lingo of the Manila Mayor.
He also showed that he is ready to follow the rule that he implemented in the city.
Though he has been serving as a government official for several years now, Isko Moreno will never forget his life in the entertainment industry.
He may sound tough attacking the errors that he sees in Manila but one person made him cry on a radio program.
During a recent episode of Mike Enriquez’s radio show, Mayor Isko Moreno cried when the veteran journalist mentioned the name of Kuya Germs or German Moreno.
The actor-politician would never forget how Kuya Germs helped him.
