Aga Muhlach & Nadine Lustre To Star in Filipino Remake of Korean Film
The Pinoy actor Aga Muhlach and Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre teamed up for the Filipino adaptation of the Korean movie entitled “Miracle in Cell No. 7.”
Muhlach and Lustre are teaming up for a project under Viva Entertainment, which will be submitted as entry for Metro Manila Film Festival in December 2019.
Viva Films tapped Nuel Nuval to direct the Filipino version of “Miracle in Cell No. 7”, which is the fifth highest grossing Korean movie of all time.
Nadine and Aga would play the main characters of the South Korean comedy drama, which brings Filipino viewers into tears.
“Miracle in Cell No. 7” is a film about a mentally ill man who gets wrongfully imprisoned for murder. His inmate friends help him to see his daughter again inside the jail cell.
Filipino celebrities including Joel Torre, JC Santos, and Arjo Atayde would be also featured as cast members of the film.
