137 People Rushed To Hospital After Allegedly Attending Imelda Marcos Birthday Party
IMELDA MARCOS BIRTHDAY PARTY – Some 137 people who allegedly attended the birthday bash of former First Lady Imelda Marcos were rushed to the hospital.
Recently, former First Lady Imelda Marcos, the wife of the late Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., celebrated her birthday. The former First Lady turned 90 years old.
A celebration was held in line with the 90th birthday of Marcos and there were also events organized as part of her birthday bash.
However, it seems that not everything went well.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, some 60 people who attended Imelda Marcos’ birthday party were rushed to the hospital due to food poisoning.
According to Pasig Command Center, the attendees at the Ynares Sports Center where an event in line with the birthday celebration was held experienced vomiting.
Based on the ABS-CBN News report, the count excludes those people who were brought to the hospital through private vehicles. According to Pasig Police Chief Colonel Rizalito Gapaz, the investigation is still ongoing.
On a social media post of GMA News on Twitter, around 137 attendees of the event were reportedly brought to the hospital.
