Last February, married couple Rochelle Pangilinan and Arthur Solinap welcomed their baby girl and as such, the little angel already captured countless hearts. To recall, they tied the knot last 2017 and announced her pregnancy in 2018.
For 9 months, they have waited for that certain moment to come and for 9 months, she carried her sharing the same food, air, and heartbeat. And now that she has exited from her mother’s tummy, Shiloh Jayne Pangilinan Solinap, their daughter, is receiving so much love from both of her parents.
