Passenger Left Leg Gets Injured By Syringe Planted on Bus Seat
SYRINGE PLANTED – The left leg of the female passenger got injured by the planted syringe on the bus seat.
Most of the time we do not check seats in the public transport vehicles maybe because we’re checking our mobile phones, talking to our companies, or just busy thinking about something.
However, it’s better to check out chairs before we sit on it because some object might jab your legs or buttocks.
Based on a report from Inquirer, a passenger in Hong Kong got injured by a syringe that’s planted on the bus’ seat.
The 30-year-old passenger was on board on a “Long Win” bus from Hong Kong Airport to Yat Tung Estate in Tung Chung.
The woman got injured around 8:45 in the morning on Tuesday, June 4.
According to the report, a 10-centimeter syringe jabbed the left leg of the female passenger.
The driver of the “Long Win” bus immediately called the authorities and brought her to the North Lantau Hospital after being notified by the passenger.
Based on the report, the Hong Kong authorities are investigating the incident and they will be reviewing the CCTV of the bus in hopes of finding the culprit.
Meanwhile, the bus company condemned the attack and said they will be cooperating with the investigation.
“Long Win will fully assist the police in the investigation and ask its frontline staff to step up checks of buses,” said the company’s spokesman.
