ROBREDO SISTERS – The Robredo sisters took to the social media to show support for their mother Leni Robredo following ‘Otso Diretso’ loss.
Len Robredo is the 14th and the current vice president of the Philippines.
The 54-year-old politician became known to the public after her husband, Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo died in a plane crash.

Meanwhile, Robredo sisters took to the social media to express their opinion about the impending loss of all the “Otso Diretso” candidates.
Robredo sisters Aika and Tricia expressed their support for their mon Leni Robredo via Twitter.
Aika retweeted the vice presidents’ Tweet that read: “Pagod man tayong lahat sa kampanya at sa mahabang araw kahapon, sulit ang lahat dahil pinanindigan natin ang ating mga prinsipyo at paniniwala. May laban pa tayong hinaharap. Hindi pa tapos ang bilangan, at kailangan pang bantayan.”
Aika Robredo put a Philippine flag emoji at the end of her caption that says: “Always the light and the voice of reason. We soldier on. Taas noo.”
On Tuesday, Tricia Robredo posted a screenshot of Leni Robredo’s comment that says: “We’re made for times like this, anak” with a Philippine flag emoji.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Spent a substantial amount of today worrying about you as well, only to realize that I didn’t have to. Tougher times ahead but with you through and through.”
