Motorist Repairing His Own Motorcycle Beside The Road Received Violation Ticket From MMDA Personnel
Several MMDA personnel issued a violation ticket to a motorist who was repairing his own motorcycle beside the road over an alleged traffic violation.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is an agency that performs planning, monitoring, and supervising of the flow of traffic within Metro Manila.
The enforcers are tasked to control and manage the flow of traffic along the street with the aim of preventing vehicular accidents.
The agency also implements the traffic rules and regulations with respect and consideration towards others.
Recently, a Facebook user named Jonel Blancaflor expressed his disappointment after some MMDA personnel gave him a violation ticket over an alleged violation.
Blancaflor parked his damaged motorcycle beside the street as it needs to be repaired but the MMDA enforcers suddenly accused him of illegal parking.
The MMDA personnel continued to issue a violation ticket towards Blancaflor without hesitation.
