PULSO – Here are the procedure and the rules observed in voting in Pulso ng Mamamayang Pilipino 2019 online senatorial survey.

Since the Election 2019 is fast-approaching, many are surely eager to know who will possibly lead the race for certain positions. Both local and national elections are set to be held on May 13, 2019.

For the local positions, the seats for governor, vice governor, mayor, vice mayor, and councilor in the different cities, municipalities, and provinces are open.

For the national election, the Filipino populace can exercise their right to vote for candidates for the positions of senator, house representatives, and party-list members.

To know some possibilities in the upcoming Election 2019, Philnews.ph came up with an independent poll or survey – the Pulso ng Mamamayang Pilipino 2019 Senatorial Survey and Party-List Survey.

Pulso ng Mamamayang Pilipino 2019 Survey

The respondents of the survey are the netizens on Facebook. It started on April 30, 2019 for the senatorial survey and on May 1, 2019 for the party-list survey.

Under the senatorial survey, every voter can vote a maximum of twelve(12) candidates among the sixty-two(62) official candidates for senator. Each voter can only vote once and multiple voting is prevented through the IP Address detection.

With regards to the party-list survey, every voter can vote only one(1) party-list out of the 134 candidates. Each voter is also allowed to vote only once as the IP Address can be detected.

Both the Pulso ng Mamamayang Pilipino 2019 senatorial and party-list surveys will end on May 10, 2019. As of this writing, the senatorial survey has 26, 940 voters while the party-list survey has 284 voters.
