He said in a post, “During one of our campaign sorties [Lucy Torres] and I stepped out of our car to check one of the roads that Lucy built. We took our time to look at the beautiful views and smell the fresh air of our province while walking the newly cemented road.”

However, despite the positive vibe on his post, some netizens could not help but stressed this certain statement “road that Lucy built” criticizing it. Some stressed that he is missing the point and his statement’s tone meant something. On the other hand, he was commended for replying in the most gentle, calm, and non-arrogant responses.

  1. YES tama si Mr. Richard G, pag ang nasa tungkulin (congressman) tamad gumawa/ pumasa ng project proposal walang proyekto ma realize /implement. Yes its true its coming from our tax , so kapag walang proyekto hindi magagamit ang pera and at the same time hindi aasenso ang isang lugar kung walang proyektong naibuhos like roads. kasi if ang isang lugar magnda ang daan and accessible sa lahat maraming investors ang papasok at dyan aasenso ang isang lugar.
