Looking for the Land Transportation / LTO Contact Number or Telephone Number?
LTO CONTACT NUMBER – Here is the telephone number of the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
Every government agency in the Philippines has a specific scope. When it comes to matters about vehicle and license in driving, it is under the Land Transportation Office or more commonly called LTO.
The said government agency is the one in-charged for the issuance of LTO Driver’s License – both professional and non-professional driver’s license.
For Filipino drivers who are not yet eighteen (18) years of age but not less than seventeen 17 years old, the office releases the LTO Student Permit depending on certain terms and conditions.
Aside from issuing driver’s license and student permits to the eligible Filipino and foreigner drivers, the LTO also implements the road rules and regulations. Furthermore, it also processes the vehicle registration of the motorcycles and cars in the country.
The government agency governs the registration of both locally manufactures or assembled vehicles and as well as those that were assembled or manufactured abroad.
With these numerous services, undeniably, the Land Transportation Office is one of those agencies usually sought by people. That is why it has provided an LTO contact number or telephone number where people can call.
Based on the official website of the government agency, here is its telephone number:
Call: 922-9061
Aside from the LTO Contact Number, you may also reach the Land Transportation Office through its official website. You may visit – http://www.lto.gov.ph/contact-us2.html.

Good afternoon Sir/Ma’am!
I would like to ask if you’re no longer issuing the yellow student permit ID. I have just applied for a student permit in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. I have only received a receipt. I have heard the issuing of the yellow student permit ID discontinued a few years ago and I would like to ask if that is true.
I look forward to your response. Thank you very much!
Sincerely yours,
Elijah Ingles
