KRIS AQUINO – The media mogul Kris Aquino expressed her gratitude to her former husband James Yap all because of this reason.
As much as anyone can possibly remember, roughly a year ago, James Yap controversial birthday greeting to his son Bimby has triggered his mother Kris Aquino. It was where he expressed of not seeing his son for a long time ago already.
Kris Aquino, as an infuriated mother, reacted to it and lambasted the greetings of his son’s father angrily saying in a response, “Eh humirit ka w/ your birthday post. So bakit nga ba hindi kayo nagkikita? Ganito ka simple- wala ka nang pakinabang kay Bimb. Wala na kasi kaming “power” so bakit ka pa didikit? Madali kung gusto mo.”
But as a father, Yap hit back to Kris’ rants indicating that he’s seen nothing wrong in greeting his own son on his birthday and saying of how he really misses him. But it only triggered the anger of Aquino more as she disclosed shocking revelations such as his dirty secrets, calling Bimby gay, and him being “kuripot” to their sons.
And with the possible reconciliation of her son and his father, Kris has stated, “For your Mama I had a lot of reckoning and I had to realize that you’re lucky that your dad is alive and it’s up to him now. I hope that he will reach out, but I’m also not gonna force you to reach out.”
Now, nearly a year after their feud which was eventually resolved, Aquino has said, “And because magbi-birthday si Bimb. Magiging 12 na nga siya. I’m letting go of all the negativity that surrounded everything that went wrong because the greatest gift talaga was that I have Bimb. So for that, thank you. And God bless you. And have a good life ahead of you.”
