Latest Weather Updates in PH Released by PAGASA

The state weather bureau PAGASA released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country for today.

On Wednesday (February 27, 2019), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the possible weather condition.

PAGASA said that the northeast monsoon would continue to affect the weather over the entire archipelago.

The Amihan would bring cloudy weather conditions with light rains over the Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

Partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains are also expected over the rest of the Cagayan Valley Region and Aurora province.

The remaining parts of the country were also expected to experience partly cloudy weather conditions.

The weather agency also said that Typhoon Wutip was last spotted at kilometers east of Central Luzon.

Wutip has maximum sustained winds of 170 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 210 kph moving at a northward direction.

The weather disturbance was expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Thursday (February 28, 2019).

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the northern and eastern sections of the country would be moderate to rough.

The surrounding sea conditions over the rest of the country would be slight to moderate, according to the weather bureau.
