Rainy Valentine’s Day Expected Over Parts of PH, PAGASA Says
The state weather bureau PAGASA announced that some parts of the Philippines are expected to experience rainy Valentine’s Day.
On Thursday (February 14, 2019), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the possible weather condition.
PAGASA said that the northeast monsoon would affect the weather condition throughout the entire archipelago.
The northeast monsoon would bring cloudy weather conditions with light rains over the Bicol region, eastern and central Visayas, Caraga and the provinces of Iloilo, Romblon, and Oriental Mindoro.
Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rains are expected over the Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the eastern section of the country would be moderate to rough.
The surrounding sea conditions over the extreme northern Luzon would be moderate to rough.
Slight to moderate coastal waters are also expected over the remaining parts of the country, according to the weather agency.
