Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions are expected over the rest of Luzon due to the northeast monsoon.

The localized thunderstorms would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies over Abra, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao , Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the southeast to northeast over northern Luzon would be moderate.

The surrounding sea conditions over the eastern sections of Central and southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao would be moderate to rough.

Slight to moderate coastal waters are also expected over the rest of the country, according to the weather agency.
