Giant Whale Found Dead in Iloilo
A giant whale has been found dead along the coastal area of Brgy. Gabi at Gigantes Island, Carles town in Iloilo province.
Whale is a fully aquatic placental marine mammals living underwater and also known as toothed predator in the ocean.
These sea creatures are protected by the law wherein offenders could face corresponding sanctions and penalties.
However, there are still some people who were hunting and killing whales for their own profit and benefit.
On Monday (February 4, 2019), another whale has been found dead at Gigantes Island in the province of Iloilo.
In the photos, it can be seen that the residents of Brgy. Gabi in Gigantes Island, Carles town, Iloilo province were already pulling the dead whale off the shore.
