Over the past few weeks, bullying has been one of the most discussed and trending topics on the social media due to the bullying incident in Ateneo de Manila University.
The government and various private sectors were already making efforts to raise awareness regarding bullying and discrimination.
Recently, a Facebook user named Queenie Delos Reyes has shared a video footage showing another bullying incident involving young female teenagers.
In the video, it can be seen that the group of young ladies were mauling a helpless girl who can’t even fight.
The incident happened outside the school campus of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, according to Delos Reyes.
